Mr. Grumble and I have returned home from an amazing vacation. We decided on a relaxing getaway to Cancun and it was what we needed. While we were there, we took a day trip to Chichen Itza and got to swim in the beautiful Cenote Tsukan. It was cold in the water, but after the hot trip to Chichen Itza, it was very refreshing.

Before you can swim in the cenote, you had to take a shower and get a life vest. (The water is very deep, they don't want contaminates, and it is required). As I was approaching the young man to get my life vest, he took one look at me and handed it over. I turned it around to see the size and it said M! To a woman who started her weight loss journey in XL/2XL, that was a nice surprise and a happy one. I almost cried! He had no idea the gift he had given me and it made that day very special.

I hopped on the scale before we left on our trip and it said I was 60lbs down! That was my goal before leaving and I succeeded in reaching it. I have probably gained a little of it back, but I am returning to eating healthy, exercising and I will get those few pounds off. Thank you, young man, for the encouragement! This little thing that you did meant more to me than you will ever know. I pray many blessings on you and your family. Thank you!

Psalm 23: 2b-3a- "He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul."
