Wobbly much?

I have had this song stuck in my head and my arms have inspired it. These lyrics that I, partially, came up with are to the tune of "Do Your Ears Hang Low":

Do your arms hang low?

Do they wobble to and fro?

Can you flap them here and there?

Can you flap them everywhere?

Can you shake them when you're waving

like a jiggly jello mold?

Do your arms hang low?

The answer to all of these questions is yes! Very frustrating, really! I have lost 58 pounds and that is great, but when you lose weight, the fluff isn't there anymore, so you are left with wobbly arms. What do you do when this happens? You work them out. That's what!

It took me many decades to get my arms here and it is going to take time to get the jiggliness toned. I have joined a gym (www.awakeandrejuvenate.com) and am taking several classes to help solve this problem. I am blessed to have a wonderful instructor and friend, Jennifer, that has incorporated arm workouts in all of her classes. It has benefitted me already, but I still have a long way to go. I think the class that will be most beneficial is Resistance Training. It focuses mainly on the arms and you feel the burn. No pain, no gain! (ouch)

My awesome coach and friend, Tyler, has done many great videos on her website, www.fitfierceandfemale.com. The videos below, in particular, will help with the arms. (I am technologically challenged in every way, but click on the links below to see these great workouts. Facebook hates me and I couldn't get them switched over here). The first reel is arms and the second is upper body. I hope this inspires you to get those arms in shape! We can all do it!!
