Exercise! What?

My motivation level is challenged regularly when it comes to exercise, but I know it is important for my health and well being. Since I joined Noom and got a coach, they emphasized exercise and finding things you enjoy doing. If it gets you moving and you are happy, you are more willing to do it and stay with it. So, I did!
Here are those endorphin producing activities:
Cardio Drumming, Zumba, and Resistance training classes- I love working out with my buddies. We laugh and mess up a lot, but it's all good fun!
2. Walking or hiking with Mr. Grumble- we have a good time laughing and hanging
out together.
3. On my wish list: To get a bike. I loved riding when I was younger and want to
pick this habit back up.
Exercise is not intuitive for me, I have to fight the don'ts all the time. I tell myself this to inspire me: "You got this and you know why you need to do it! Don't get lazy! Get out that door and just do it!" So, I do!
1 Corinthians 9: 26- "So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air."
